    • IMPORTANT : Returns without an ApoNatura return slip will be refused, as our logistics partner cannot match the shipment to your order. We cannot guarantee against loss of goods. Therefore, please always use the ApoNatura return slip available through the customer service center .

Frequently Asked Questions

Are there any exceptions to these return policies?

Yes. Certain products, such as medical devices, may be exempt from the return policy. However, if this is the case, this will always be indicated in the individual item description.

What about complaints or returns of promotions with free items?

Promotions with free items include product combinations/constellations. Please note that one or more products you receive for free as part of a promotion must also be returned to our logistics partner. This means the entire product combination must be returned. For partial returns, the purchase price will always be refunded pro rata.

Is it possible for me to exchange B-stock?

No, that's not possible. As with almost all online shops, we also exclude B-stock items from exchange and return.

Can I return opened products?

We at ApoNatura also accept returns of opened products, such as dietary supplements, within 30 days if you are dissatisfied or the product is defective.

Can I return an item after the 30-day period?

No. We only grant each customer a period of 30 days from the date the goods are shipped within which they can complain about the order.

When will I get my money back if I return an item?
