ApoNatura only charges shipping costs for shopping carts with a low order value. However, if your total order value exceeds €39.00, we will cover the entire shipping cost to Germany and ship your goods to you free of charge. Different rules apply to the rest of ApoNatura's delivery area.

Customs clearance depends on the sender's country. For shipments from Germany, for example, the basic fee is CHF 11.50. A surcharge of 3% of the declared value of the goods, excluding import duties and customs clearance, is added.
