Shipping costs

To Germany, you pay a shipping fee of €4.90 for each low-value order. However, if your order exceeds €39.00, the entire delivery is free of charge.

In the wider delivery area of ​​ApoNatura, i.e. when shipping to Austria and Switzerland , different regulations apply as for shipping to Germany. In Austria, you only pay free shipping for orders over €79.00. For orders below this value, you pay €8.50 for shipping. And for shipments to Switzerland, standard delivery charges of €23.90 always apply.

Regardless of the size or weight of your order, the shipping costs are currently the same. However, if your order value reaches €39.00, shipping is always free (only applies to deliveries to Germany).

For complaints & returns We at ApoNatura cover the shipping costs. Returns from abroad are also free of charge.

Every order to Switzerland is generally subject to a fee.

Customs clearance depends on the sender's country. For shipments from Germany, for example, the basic fee is CHF 11.50. A surcharge of 3% of the declared value of the goods, excluding import duties and customs clearance, is added.

Swiss Post cannot match multiple parcels from one order. Therefore, all your products will be sent to you in one parcel.

Every shipment from abroad to Switzerland is subject to customs duties and VAT. If you wish to receive an order from ApoNatura, you will pay VAT on the value of the goods and customs duties based on the package weight. Therefore, different customs fees may apply for different orders.

No, ApoNatura does not cover customs duties. These must be paid by the buyer.
