To do so, you must log in to the customer center with your details and request a return under your "Order Overview." There, you will also receive a return label or return slip that you can use to return the package to us free of charge via DHL. Please do not forget the return slip, as without it, our logistics partner will not be able to process your complaint.

The return slip or return label will be offered to you for download once you submit your complaint or return, and you can also download it again in the customer center. However, this return slip is only valid for 30 days. After that, you can no longer download it.
You can view the status of your return under “Order Overview” in the Customer Center.
After receiving the goods, we need a maximum of 14 days to refund your purchase price. You can find further information under Refunds .
If we haven't yet processed and shipped your order, you can still cancel it. Learn how to do this under Canceling Orders .
If you received an item that you didn't actually order, we apologize first and foremost. However, you can return such an item. It would be helpful if you briefly describe your problem when asked for the reason for the return.
