How do I register as a new customer in the ApoNatura customer center?

Can I create my customer account without placing an order?

No, that's not currently possible. Before you can request your login details, we must have received an order with the corresponding email address. However, as we are constantly working on improving our shop, we will soon offer you the option to register with us as usual without placing an order.

Am I automatically subscribed to the ApoNatura newsletter once I have created my customer account?

No. If you place an order in the ApoNatura shop, you can subscribe to the newsletter by clicking the box. There you'll receive all the latest information about the shop, and we'll regularly provide you with discount codes. How can I change my contact details?

In the customer center, you'll find a troubleshooting link at the bottom of "Login Issues." There, you'll be asked to provide your contact information and a possible callback time. Our technicians will then contact you and resolve the issue.
