But how do I request a refund? We'll explain it briefly:

  1. As with many problems, the Customer Center is the right place to go. Log in there with your personal login details.
  2. After logging in, select the “Order overview”
  3. There you search for the order that you want to return and have refunded
  4. Press the “Return Item” button next to your order
  5. Indicate which and how many of the ordered items you want to return. Optionally, you can also provide a reason here.
  6. Now you can decide whether you want a refund of the purchase price or an exchange
  7. Your return slip will then be available for download. You can download it again at any time via the customer center.
  8. Print the return label and stick it on your package
  9. Once prepared, you can now drop off the parcel at the nearest DHL parcel shop

Do I always get the full invoice amount refunded?

Yes. In our ApoNatura shop, you will always receive a full refund for any items you return. However, if you only return part of your order, you will naturally only receive a proportional refund.

How will I be refunded my invoice amount?

Your invoice amount will always be refunded using the same method you originally transferred it to us. Therefore, it depends on the payment method you used. For example, if you paid for your order via PayPal, the purchase price will also be refunded via PayPal in the event of a refund.

When will I get my money back?

Once we receive the goods, we will process your refund. You will usually receive your money within a maximum of 14 days.

Can I check the status of my refunds?

No. Currently, it's not possible for you to check the status of your refunds. However, we plan to add such an option to the Customer Center in the future.

Can I also get a refund for B-stock?

No. B-stock items are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.
